You are so close you can watch the waves roll onto the rocky shoreline as you enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian songbirds and monarch butterflies in the adjoining garden. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep at night after a day of sightseeing or watching the dolphins from the lanai.

Hale Kona Kai is an intimate, absolute oceanfront complex of 39 one-bedroom condominiums. Located at the edge of Kona Town, it is off the main road providing for quiet, ocean-view relaxation from every unit. Located just south of Royal Kona Resort, excellent dining at Huggo’s or Don the Beachcomber’s is nearby and other restaurants are just a short distance further. You will find the white sand of Honl’s Beach less than a quarter-mile to the south and the Kona Farmer’s Market just a half-mile to the north.
The complex offers an elevator providing easy access for everyone. On the ocean side, you will find a heated saltwater swimming pool and a barbeque at the south end of the complex. Laundry machines are available on each floor.
Each unit offers assigned parking, secure WIFI & cable TV. All units, including lanais, are non-smoking and Hale Kona Kai is a non-smoking facility.
